A Note from Our Founder
Wellbie started from a personal need—a desire to find natural, effective ways to support lung health. What began as a simple idea has grown into a brand dedicated to helping others breathe easier and live better.
Return Policy
At Wellbie, your satisfaction is important to us. We adhere to a strict policy regarding product returns, refunds, and exchanges to ensure fairness and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
1. Return Eligibility Window
A request for a return, refund, or exchange must be initiated within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the customer received the order, as confirmed by shipping carrier tracking.
2. Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return and subsequent refund, the product must meet the following mandatory criteria:

Condition: The item must be in a new, unused, and resalable condition.

Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original product packaging, intact and undamaged.

Accessories: All original components, instruction manuals, and accessories must be included.
Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety) Due to strict health, hygiene, and safety regulations, any product that has been used, opened, or removed from its protective seal/packaging cannot be accepted for return, refund, or exchange. This is strictly enforced.
3. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at support@wellbie.com with the following information:

The Reason for the return
We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how and where to ship your return.
4. Return Shipping Fees
The party responsible for the return shipping costs is determined by the reason for the return:

Wellbie Error (Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Item Received): Wellbie covers shipping. A pre-paid shipping label will be provided.

Customer Discretion (Change of mind, accidental order, no longer needed): Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
5. Refund Processing

Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the product to confirm it meets the Conditions for Return (Section 2).

Notification: You will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund request after the inspection is complete.

Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

Non-Refundable Charges: Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If the customer is responsible for return shipping, those costs will not be included in the refund amount.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must report the issue within seven (7) calendar days of receipt. Please contact support@wellbie.com immediately, including your order number and photographic evidence of the defect or error. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including applicable shipping costs.
7. Order Cancellation and Amendments
Orders may only be canceled or modified within twelve (12) hours of the original purchase time. Requests made outside of this 12-hour window cannot be guaranteed, as the order may have already entered the shipping and processing phase.
