Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines the delivery processes, timelines, and responsibilities associated with your Wellbie order. We are committed to ensuring your purchase arrives safely and efficiently.
1. Order Processing
All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment.

Standard Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within one (1) to three (3) business days from the time of purchase.

Definition of Business Day: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Processing Note: The processing period is separate from the shipping/transit time.
2. Shipping and Delivery Estimates
Once processed, the estimated delivery time for your order is:

Estimated Transit Time: 6 to 20 calendar days, depending on the destination, carrier performance, and current order volume.

Disclaimer: Wellbie is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, including, but not limited to, high-volume seasonal periods, inclement weather, customs clearance procedures, or issues experienced by the delivery carrier.
3. Shipment Tracking

Tracking Number: A shipment tracking number will be provided via email immediately after your order has been shipped.

Tracking Activation: Please allow two (2) to five (5) days for the tracking information to become active and update within the carrier’s system.
4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

Liability: Wellbie assumes no responsibility for packages that are misdelivered, lost, or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Correction: If you notice an error in your address, please contact support@wellbie.com immediately. We will attempt to amend the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipment.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages (Delivery Discrepancies)
If the tracking information indicates the package has been successfully delivered, but you have not received it (often referred to as 'porch piracy' or delivery discrepancy):

Contact your local post office or relevant carrier to confirm the delivery status.

If the package is still unaccounted for, contact us at support@wellbie.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and determining the appropriate resolution.
6. Customs Fees and Import Duties

Responsibility: The customer (buyer) is solely responsible for any and all applicable customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees levied by the destination country.

Payment: These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are typically collected by the courier upon delivery. Wellbie is unable to calculate or prepay these charges.
